“Fight the good fight of faith.” 1 Timothy 6:12
My Christian walk is not just about going about my physical and religious duties. It is about viewing every day as a series of spiritual battles I must fight for the Kingdom of Christ. Today I have many ‘everyday’ tasks to do around the farm. Though on the surface they may seem mundane, they actually have spiritually significance, and I must view even farm chores as a battleground where I have to fight for the supremacy of Jesus Christ. If I do not fight, evil prevails, for the enemy is always looking to gain ground. Lord, keep my mind alert, watchful, and stayed on Christ.
Amen brother! And when we stumble Philippians 3:12-14 is a good reminder to get back up and press onward.
