Remember to Thank the Lord

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all cicumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Fall is in the air! Down here in Alabama we have hit that part of the season where things are still green, but the weather is cool. Okra, beans, and arugula are coming in, the hens have picked up their laying, and the broilers are happily on pasture (hopefully getting fat!). We have been extremely blessed this season and have much to be thankful for, as I am sure you do also. Let’s not forget to express our thankfulness to Him daily.

  1. I just came across your blog this morning and was very impressed! Your philosophy is the exact kind of work we are trying to do in our organization. My husband and I live in Kenya. I didn’t come across your name in your blog so I was wondering if we know you? Have you by chance come across my husband’s book: Farming that Brings Glory to God and Hope for the Hungry? Would love to hear from you.

  2. I used to live in Jacksonville. Where in Alabama?

    1. We live in the central part of Alabama. It’s beautiful, and I am VERY grateful that I live here. Where do you live now?
